Hey there, Beautiful Friends!

It’s been a minute. Life has been keeping me busy, but you know what I say, ‘Busy Is A Blessing!’

Recently I’ve been ask how I stay positive in a world that seems pretty stormy, dark & lonely. When I hear this, my mind drifts back to the days of covid. What a ride that was and sadly still is. Breathing Into The Positive and learning to set a positive intention helps me ground myself into my foundation and work with the darkness.

The breath is magical and when you can learn to use it as a focal point you can begin to help yourself. This is Pranayama. In this video we will work with #BoxBreathing using counts of three and learning to #SetAPositiveIntention. Many years ago when I was in my health storm, I began using this technique. I had no idea I was practicing yoga, but the nurse in me knew there was a positive shift in my body, mind & heart. I was practicing Pranayama! Who knew we were given an internal resource at birth that could work like medicine? The key is learning to focus on it and gently manipulate it.

I mentioned setting a positive intention. When setting one for yourself, simply ask yourself, ‘What do I want or need today?’ For today, I’m setting our intention as #IAmLoved.

So, sit comfortably & let’s practice together!
