Hello, My Friends!! What comes to mind when you hear the word, ‘Mindfulness’? These days it’s kinda like a buzz-word. ‘Be mindful of this.’ ‘Be mindful of that.’ ‘Don’t forget to be mindful.’ ‘Are you being mindful?’ I mean, it’s everywhere and everyone is doing it, right? And, if we’re not, then we sure should be, right? 😉

But what does it really mean to be mindful? Is Being Mindful attainable? Is it an idea, a thought or a feeling?

I was honored to share a few of my thoughts on Mindfulness At Work with Samaya Studio. At Samaya, Kuan and Prachi, are working to build bridges between disciplines, ideas and technologies. I know for a fact that they are both working daily to infuse mindfulness into their daily lives; at home and at work. 

As I prepared to sit down with Kuan and Prachi, I was reminded that mindfulness is attainable. I dove deeply into being a more mindful person as I healed. It’s a meaningful practice that makes a difference in both our professional and personal lives.
