Happy Sunny Day, Beautiful Friends!

Four years ago Kevin & I walked into the warm and welcoming Gopali Imports in Saint Petersburg, FL. There we met Promise and had a fun chat about songwriting, music and Tibetan Singing Bowls. Four years ago I owned one Tibetan Singing Bowl. I had been playing around with how to use it during my private yoga sessions. After talking with Promise and then his Dad, Alex, I knew I wanted to return to St Pete to study Tibetan Singing Bowl Therapy with Alex Gopali.

The weather and life kept us away for four years, but the weekend of February 22 & 23, 2025 I finally got to study with four new friends and Alex!

After working a Deep Relaxation session with Kevin, we decided to bring a set of Tibetan Singing Bowls back home to Bama. I’ve been sharing this beautiful practice with clients and I am very excited about the possibilities of Hope.
