Hello, My Beautiful Friends!

If you’re looking for a quick & easy smoothie, this one just might be for You. This recipe makes around two 8 oz servings depending on how much water you add.

I used kale, dandelion and baby spinach for my greens, but you can use whatever greens you have on hand. Arugula will add a bit of peppery spice and romaine will add body with a mild taste. More kale will add thickness to this quick & easy smoothie.

Remember, when you’re mixing up any quick & easy smoothie for yourself, add ingredients that you know you enjoy. Don’t make this hard on yourself. It’s a New Year… You Do You, My Friend!! 

CLZ Quick & Easy Smoothie…

1 Orange (peeled)

1/4 cup frozen Pineapple chunks

1/4 cup frozen Blueberries 

1 small handful Goji Berries

1 Tbsp Flaxseed

2 Tbsps Whole Milk Greek Yogurt

Greens…

  Large Green Kale Leaf (stem removed)

  5 or 6 Dandelion Stems

  Handful Baby Spinach

1/2 cup Filtered Water (add more or less for desired sipping consistency)

LOVE – The Most Important Ingredient!! 😉 

Mix all ingredients in a blender… I love my Vitamix. Pour into glasses and Enjoy The Sip as your body soaks up the nutritional goodness!
